Massachusetts Mentoring Partnership (MMP) will host an exchange day for those programs from Europe that want to connect with like minded programs from Boston on October 4th.  MMP will seek to match programs that are similar and host those programs at sites across the city where they can connect with programs that are working like them. MMP will also be presenting information on quality practice, including

Time: 9AM – 3PM

Learn how to enhance empowering relationships to promote positive outcomes for youth through hands-on and intensive full day series of workshops. The short course offerings connect youth serving staff to explore creative approaches to shared challenges and best practices for serving youth in a variety of settings. The short course programmatic training series provides staff the opportunity to engage in honest conversations about pressing topics in the mentoring and youth development field, such as cultural responsiveness, trauma informed practices and other quality-based standards. These sessions will connect on the ground learning with training on best practices to promote use of research-based standards in mentoring and youth development programming.  This day of learning is facilitated by MMP’s Program Services Team.
